Cancellation & Refund Policies

1. Refunds: 50% of the reservation is non-refundable.
2. No refunds for cancellations, but you can reschedule with medical proof and one week’s notice.
3. Weather Issues: No refund for weather-related cancellations; activities can be rescheduled within a month.
4. No-Show Policy: Reservations are canceled after 10 minutes of delay.
5. The tour is also canceled if the participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Minimum driving age is 18 years old.
7. Minimum passenger age is 12 years old.
8. No driver’s license required.
