Cancellation & Refund Policies
- Refunds: 50% of the reservation is non-refundable. No refunds for cancellations, but you can reschedule with medical proof and one week’s notice.
- Weather Issues: No refund for weather-related cancellations; activities can be rescheduled within a month.
- No-Show Policy: Reservations are canceled after 10 minutes of delay. The tour is also canceled if the participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lunch Schedule at Hotel del Bosque
- Time: Lunch is served from 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
- Transportation: Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the hotel.
- Group Requirement: A minimum of 8 people is required to book this lunch option.
